The Back Room

What you say at the door is not shouted down the street. This page lists who is allowed in the back room.

What we hold

  • Sign-up data: email, a scrambled form of your password, the name the doors use, your birthday, a gender field and whatever you pin to your hook.
  • Your visits, and the short notes each woman keeps about you so she can ask how things went.
  • Two cookies: one keeps you signed in, one remembers that you turned the grown-ups-only sign.
  • Payment entries: the amount and a transfer reference. Cards are not accepted, which means a card number cannot land here.
  • Plain server logs, deleted after a short while.

What it is for

Running the chat, keeping the manners and keeping the lights on. Your messages go to a language model we operate, or to a vendor bound by the same limits, and automated checks read them for safety. Nothing you type is sold and no advertiser is shown any of it.

Counting footfall

A simple counter notes how many people walk past and from which country. It cannot read a visit.

Your say

From within a visit you can change her notes, take away a copy or wipe the lot. To remove your account and everything attached, mail the shopkeeper from the address you signed up with. Local law may give you more; tell us and we will go by it.
